Privacy policy

The AI Canvas website is operated by KODRA Conseil s.e.n.c., La Sarre, Quebec, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and, where applicable, Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

When you download the canvas: your first name, your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your organization and your role. We also keep the language of the form and the date of the request.

The online canvas sends nothing: what you write in it stays in your browser (local storage) until you clear it.

Site analytics, if enabled, work without cookies and without individual profiling.

To send you the files you requested. And, only if you check the matching box (never pre-checked): to send you new AI Canvas tools and templates, or the Humains Augmentés newsletter. We keep the exact wording of the box you checked and the date, as proof of your consent. Finally, to understand, in aggregate, which audiences use the tool.

We never sell, rent or trade your information.

Download requests are stored in a database hosted in Canada (Canada Central region). Transactional emails are sent through a specialized provider. We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed, or at most three years after your last request.

You may at any time request access to your information, its correction or its deletion, and withdraw your consent to the newsletter (unsubscribe link in every email). Write to seb@kodra.ca. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
